How we got here

Tired of seeing brands and design solutions born of hunches and poorly made assumptions that often led to failure, our founder Stephen Cribbett set about shaking things up.

Back when Twitter was a fledgling tech startup and the word blog was entered into the English dictionary, he created a new way to engage and understand people’s behaviours remotely. The technology and new methods that followed enabled more contextual research that is more agile, which in turn allows brands to make more confident decisions in quick time.

Fast-forward 14 years and we’re future-proofing brands, charities and business every day, providing insight, strategies and new ideas that take them to new places with minimal risk and maximum confidence. And we love it!
