With over 20 years’ experience in building brands, Stephen has worked with some of the world’s most iconic retail and consumer businesses, including Shell, Harrods, Orange, Emirates, Logitech, Philips and The Design Council.
Heather has nearly a decade of experience working in market research and technology companies. She has spent half her career working in North America and half her career working in the UK. Previously, Heather has worked at Vision Critical and most recently at Firefish where she was Director of Digital. Heather is fuelled by the ambition to find the best tech to blend with the human power necessary for truly good qualitative research. She takes complex briefs and helps researchers at all levels to solve their business challenges, as well as clients such as Unilever, Pay Pal and Red Bull.
Roberto works with Further's customers and end-users to ensure they have a good experience in the world of online qual and research communities. Roberto is quick to understanding a client's aims, objectives and their long-term strategy in order to derive a solution and scope of work. He delivers strategic support in bucket loads, using excellent communication skills, empathy and openness. Roberto balances his account development whilst simultaneously managing the feature improvement and product development of our Together platform to ensure our clients' needs are met.
Libka is an online communities (MROC) specialist. Having used Further's technology for a significant portion of her career, Libka makes sure that each of our clients' projects are a success. She provides continuous support, training and guidance whilst working collaboratively with clients, ensuring that our technology is used creatively and effectively. Libka also ensures that our technology is continuously meeting our clients' research needs, through a continuous dialogue on platform features and optimisations.
Kez is a senior project manager who has worked across the marketing and advertising industry with both brand and agency clients. Kez has experience in the FMCG, B2B, healthcare and leisure sectors. Working with our research team, and other business units, Kez ensures that all our research projects are managed efficiently and that our processes are continually reviewed and updated so we're able to fine tune the way the team works.
Terri provides support, training, guidance and inspiration to our clients in North America. Nine years of marketing experience, including time spent working with companies like J.D. Power, Harris Interactive and Synovate help Terri provide customer service of the highest calibre. She works throughout client projects, finding the most effective ways to use our technology to engage consumers in research and creating engaging experiences for.
Stephane keeps busy on everything related to our technology; from software development to data centre management. He has 10 years’ experience in the development of web and CRM software, enterprise resource planning and recruiting solutions in France and Japan, and leverages this worldly experience to help us solve technical innovation challenges.
Nathan looks after the health and compliance of our technology, working tirelessly to keep the development team on-track and at the forefront of trends and operations. His experience in negotiating contracts, managing with external technology partners and overseeing large private and government projects for the likes of GDS, Capita and Dr. Foster helps us further our vision and meet our ambitious goals.
