Our custom-built research platforms power many of our clients' studies and have been built with best practice in mind. They'll help you uncover the right human insight, so you can innovate and grow. Where we’ve been

Further* was founded in November 2007. Over the last decade we have worked on some 40,000 research projects with millions of participants in 183 countries and 35 languages. In 2015 we expanded our team into North America.

Our brand, offer and team have grown. We've learnt from our successes, our failures, and all the people we've worked with and we've come out the other side strong and agile.

Stephen founded Further and has pioneered tech-enabled qual research and communities ever since. He’s an impassioned advocate of intelligent uses of technology for insight and innovation. With over 20 years’ experience in building brands, Stephen has worked with some of the world’s most iconic retail and consumer businesses, including Shell, Harrods, Orange, Emirates, Logitech, Philips and The Design Council.

Heather Williams

Heather Williams

Business Development Director

Heather has nearly a decade of experience working in market research and technology companies. She has spent half her career working in North America and the other half working in the UK. Previously, Heather worked at Vision Critical and most recently at Firefish where she was Director of Digital. Heather has worked with brand clients such as Unilever, Pay Pal and Red Bull and is fuelled by the ambition to find the best tech to blend with the human power necessary for truly good qualitative research. She takes complex briefs and helps researchers at all levels to solve their business challenges.

Kez is a senior project manager who has worked across the marketing and advertising industry with both brand and agency clients. Kez has experience in the FMCG, B2B, healthcare and leisure sectors. Working with our research team, and other business units, Kez ensures that all our research projects are managed efficiently and that our processes are continually reviewed and updated so we're able to fine tune the way the team works.

Roberto balances his account development whilst simultaneously managing the feature improvement and product development of our Together platform to ensure our clients' needs are met.
